The team behind Mandate spent 6+ years running one of the most demanding creator management operations on OnlyFans. Not in an easy niche. In one of the hardest and most competitive markets on the platform. We built the chatting systems, the content calendars, the pricing frameworks, and the promotional networks from scratch. We generated over $20M for creators and learned what actually moves revenue versus what sounds good in a pitch deck.

The gap we saw in the male market

As we watched the male creator market on OnlyFans grow, we saw the same problem repeating itself. Men with real potential signing with agencies that did not understand the male audience. How we built it

We did not adapt a generic management framework and call it male-focused. We rebuilt the system from the ground up around how male pages actually perform. The audiences are different. The platforms that drive the best traffic are different. The content formats that convert are different. The DM strategies that produce PPV revenue are different. We spent months mapping those differences before we took on a single managed account.

Then we tested everything. We documented what worked. We cut what did not. We built proprietary systems for chatting, PPV execution, social media growth, and fan retention specifically for male accounts. That is the system every creator on our roster runs on today.
